about us
Pine Valley Methodist Church is a Global Methodist Church rooted in God's Word and committed to making disciples of Jesus Christ. Scripture is the foundation of everything we believe, teach and do.
Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly and witness boldly. We pursue that mission by connecting hearts to Christ and one another through worship, discipleship, service and authentic community.
We believe the church is more than a building or a Sunday gathering. It is a place where people encounter God's grace, grow in their faith and discover how He is calling them to serve. Whether you are exploring Christianity, returning to church or looking for a church home, you are welcome here.
As a Global Methodist Church, we are grounded in historic Christian faith and the Wesleyan tradition. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and seek to live faithfully according to its truth while sharing the hope of Jesus with our community and beyond.
Everything we do is shaped by four core commitments:
Excellence in Worship that honors God and draws people into His presence.
Engaging Spiritual Formation that helps people grow in their relationship with Christ.
Extra-Mile Caring that reflects Christ's love through service and genuine relationships.
Expressive Faith Sharing that encourages every believer to live and share the Gospel.
With campuses in Wilmington and Leland, we are one church united by one mission. Wherever you are in your faith journey, we invite you to worship with us, grow with us and experience the hope found in Jesus Christ.
